Massage, Chinese Cupping, Stretching & Flexibility, use of a Foam Roller, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, and Neuroplasticity.

Along with hands on work we sometimes teach mini classes in a  fun and interactive way,  give out product samples and  swag but we ALWAYS  make Health & Wellness through education   our goal.
