Because I base my practice on the belief that every "body" is unique and has specific needs for optimal health, I listen carefully to what you tell me about your body, its history and your reasons for seeking massage therapy.
We will work together to develop a treatment plan designed specifically for you, a plan that addresses your individual and specific needs. Whether you want relaxation/anti-stress massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, or some myofascial release I can help you. Perhaps you want to experience the amazing benefits of Chinese-Vacuum therapy known as "Cupping" or you might even consider some hot stone massage. Whatever you choose, I will weave it into a tailor-made session just for you. If you've had the unfortunate luck of being in a car accident and seek care for injuries sustained, I provide targeted therapies that are safe, effective, comfortable and produce long lasting result.

I began my practice in 1998 after graduating from East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. I continually seek additional education and training to enhance my knowledge and to learn new techniques in order to provide the best possible massage therapy for my clients.
After having been told repeatedly by many clients that "this was the best massage I've ever had," I encouraged them to tell all their family and friends. As a result, to this day I am proud to maintain a thriving massage and cupping therapy practice established by word-of-mouth from satisfied customers.
